Completion of the $2.1 million refurbishment of Rotary Park, funded through competitive grants and private-public partnership and without utilizing additional local tax dollars
Completion of the state-of-the-art Cape May Convention Hall, a $10.5 million facility that serves as the City’s social hub
Attained more than $2.7 million in competitive New Jersey Small Cities CDBG grant funds to ensure ADA compliance
Attained more than $20.0 million in grants and rebates for City initiatives involving necessary public improvements, environmental and energy conservation projects
Increased Cape May’s Community Rating System of the National Flood Insurance Program from class 8 to 6, resulting in a 20% discount on taxpayer policies
Funding of $1.6 million from the NJDEP for Green Acres and Blue Acres grants for property acquisition of the Lafayette Street Open Space Recreation Area
