Economic Development

• Completion of the state-of-the-art Cape May Convention Hall, a $10.5 million facility that serves at the City’s social hub

• Completion of the $2.1 million refurbishment of Rotary Park, funded through competitive grants and private-public partnership and without utilizing additional local tax dollars

• Established Cape May City’s Tourism Utility, shifting the cost of tourism activities from the City’s residential and commercial taxpayers to the actual participants in these tourism-related events.
